The Winona Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Workforce Strategies and Membership Development to join our team. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact on our business community, workforce, and regional economy.


About the Role

As Vice President, you’ll wear multiple hats—strategist, connector, and problem-solver. Your mission? To strengthen our workforce programming, increase membership engagement, and drive sponsorship growth. You’ll work closely with leaders across industries, regional partners, and Chamber members to create innovative strategies that support workforce development, member retention, and community success.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Workforce Development: Lead initiatives that attract, develop, and retain a talented workforce, ensuring businesses have the tools to thrive.

  • Membership Growth & Engagement: Build strong relationships, recruit new members, and engage current members to ensure they see the value in Chamber programs and services.

  • Sponsorship Success: Develop creative opportunities for businesses to invest in Chamber events and initiatives, supporting the growth of our region.

  • Collaboration & Advocacy: Partner with key stakeholders to address workforce challenges and advocate for solutions that support business needs.

Winning Compensation Package!

We offer a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits, because we believe in rewarding the talent and dedication that drives our mission forward.

  • Salary $50,000/yr+ (dependent upon experience

  • Full Benefit package including: PTO, Health & Dental, Life Insurance, Disability, and 401K matching
