Legislative updates - here's what you need to know

At the Chamber, we are here to help local businesses understand what changes to legislation mean to them and when they need to implement these changes to be in compliance. 

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry oversees and enforces Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST), which went into effect January 1, 2024. They have provided these resources for employers.
